Wisconsin Governor to Mark Sunshine Week

Wisconsin Gov. Jim Doyle will designate the week of March 13-19 as Sunshine Week in the state, supporting the national open-government initiative. The Wisconsin Newspaper Association recently recognized Doyle for his work in protecting Wisconsin's open records and meetings laws. Read the proclamation here.
